Kvartett of Karl Johan Birch Chairs

A Kvartett of Swedish, Karl Johan style, birch country chairs.  These four chairs are SO pretty; honey coloured with carved horizontal splat and backrests.  Upholstered pop out cushions, turned front legs and simple angled back legs.  Some historic repairs, and a couple of historic borer holes.  Some structural restoration (joints to be reglued) at this stage required on two chairs.  Circa 1890.
