Oak Telephone cabinet thingy

A QTPIe, a multi purpose bit of kit.  I describe it as a telephone cabinet table cum thingy.  Oak, shelf atop, then a cubby then all up on stretchered legs'.  Cute little front frieze.  Could go in the littlest room, a bathroom, a bedside, a telephone table... a couch side table, a mini bookcase.  Circa 1920.
